External wholesaler
Sell Principal products and services that meet the company objectives of sales, growth, retention, territory development, and financial results.
Internal wholesaler
Support external wholesalers and producers to increase business unit product sales.
Account/relationship manager
Provide ongoing account management with a focus on servicing existing business, handling escalated service issues, renewing the business, and finding organic ways to grow the business.
Implementation/new business case coordinator
Ensure accurate, timely, and expert implementation of new business.
Pricing/quoting/underwriting
Support pricing, quoting, and competitive positioning of proposals and alternate presentations of product.
